Austin Bazaar Returns Policy

At Austin Bazaar, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition of Item: The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any other items included in the original shipment.

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

    • Gift cards

    • Opened or used software

    • Wind Instruments (Due to health hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Contact Us: Email our support team at cs@austinbazaar.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions. 
    • Pack the Item: Follow all return instructions provided with the RMA. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to include all original components. Securely packaging the Item to avoid damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer. 
    • Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received/damaged item received). Please ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Austin Bazaar can supply a Return Label at a discounted rate for all other returns where the buyer is paying for return shipping.

3. Return Shipping Labels

    • For defective, damaged or incorrect items, Austin Bazaar will offer a prepaid return mailing label.
    • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping option to ensure your order arrives securely.
    • Austin Bazaar can supply a Return Label at a discounted rate for all other returns where the buyer is paying for return shipping. Please contact us at cs@austinbazaar.com to request a discounted return label. We will deduct this cost while processing your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    • Report the Issue: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, atleast 5 photos of the damaged product & 2 photos of the shipping box including the shipping label  and description of the issue.
    • Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as we verify the damage or defect.

5. International Returns

Austin Bazaar does not currently offer international Returns. 

    • If in the Event the Return is approved the Customers are responsible for sending the return to our Fulfillment Center.
    • All the shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be borne by the customers.
    • Please contact our support team for detailed instructions on international returns.

6. Exchanges or Refunds Processing Time

Once your return is received by our warehouse we will process your exchange or refund within 2 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee from 10% to 50% may apply for opened or used items that are not in their original condition. Please refer to the table below for more information.

Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping fees will also be deducted if the return is not due to seller error.

No restocking fee will be charged if the item is returned in brand new sealed condition with the original retail packaging.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition outside of the return window.

Yes up to 20%

The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.

No restocking fee will be charged.

The buyer receives an used or damaged item.

No restocking fee will be charged.

The buyer returns an item after use with minor damage.

Yes up to 30%

The buyer returns an item after use with major damage.

Yes up to 50%

The buyer returns a item within the return window with obvious signs of use that was not caused by Amazon or the seller.

Yes up to 50%

The buyer returns item or accessory within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap).

Yes up to 20%

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item. But the seller receives the item with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Amazon or seller error.

Yes up to 50%

The buyer returns an item with complete damage that is unusable.

Yes up to 100%

The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.

No restocking fee.
